This application entials getting power on to many DeviceNet segments. Standard methods including using terminal blocks and bulk wire to make these connections. But that method requires much labor and documnetation costs, plus many errors can happen while being wired. These photos show a better way. Use molded cordsets in the cabinet to make the installation clean and easy.

The network and Aux power cables were fed out of the cabinet through the use of panel mount and bulk-head receptacles. This panel was delivered to customer site, installed, and then the network cables simply connected to it.

As you can see in the photo's, plug-n-play can be used inside the cabinet and net the same benefits found outside the cabinet.
